Michael from Saggart in County Dublin has been working with RTÉ since 2009. In that time, he has worked across the full schedule of RTÉ Radio 1, 2fm as well as RTÉ drama and Television.

In 2022 Michael co-produced 'Tiger Roll: The People's horse' with DocOnOne Series Producer Liam O'Brien and RTÉ Producer Tim Desmond. The series follows the dual Grand National hero Tiger Roll, an Irish racehorse with an incredible story. You can listen to all 7 Episodes from the link above.

In 2021 Michael pitched and produced 'Fire In The Sky' with RTÉ Producer Donal O'Herlihy which aired on RTÉ Radio 1, Saturday 02nd of October 2021.

Michael aired his first radio documentary in 2019 entitled; Death: Don't Leave It To The Last Minute. Since first broadcast, his documentary has won a First Prize at the 2020 Clarion Awards in the radio documentary section, while also receiving a Bronze Award from the New York Festivals Radio Awards for social issues.
