Hay Bale Swing
Swing from a platform made of hay bales over a pit of muck up to your waist. If you fail to make it to the other side, you have no other option than to fall into the pit and haul yourself out of the mud. There would be 7-8 ropes to enable large numbers of people to get through the obstacle.
