Two people have been arrested after drugs worth more than €545,000 were seized in Co Offaly yesterday.
Gardaí recovered 7.5kg of cocaine worth around €525,000, along with 1kg of cannabis and ecstasy, worth €24,000, during the course of a search operation in Tullamore as part of Operation Tara.
A man and a woman, both aged in the 40s, were arrested and are being held at a garda station in Co Offaly.
The drugs will be sent for Forensic Science Ireland for analysis.
Gardaí said investigations are ongoing.
