Two men in their 30s have been seriously injured in a road crash in Co Longford.
The single-vehicle car crash occurred on the R392 at Derrylough at around 6.45pm.
One of the men was airlifted to the Mater Hospital in Dublin with serious injuries.
The other man was airlifted to the Midlands Regional Hospital in Tullamore.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses, or any road users with camera footage (including dash-cam) from the area between 6.30pm and 7pm, to contact Longford Garda Station on 043 3350570, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
