Ten dogs are receiving veterinary care after being seized during searches by gardaí and the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Clonmel.
A firearm was also recovered during a separate search at Emly, Co Tipperary and will be subject to further technical and ballistic analysis.
Gardaí also recovered approximately €70,000 of cocaine, which will be sent for analysis to Forensic Science Ireland.
The dogs, and a stolen vehicle, were seized during a search at a halting site in Clonmel.
The vehicle will now be subject to technical examination and returned to the owner.
Gardaí described the searches as a multi-agency operation in response to incidents in the region.
No arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing, according to a garda statement.
