A pensioner has died in a house fire in Derry.
The PSNI said the man, aged in his 70s, died following the blaze at a house in the Waterside area of the city.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Limavady Road around 1.30pm on Sunday.
"Police are continuing to conduct inquiries into the circumstances of the fire. However, at this time, it is not being treated as suspicious," the PSNI said.
