An investigation is under way into the deaths of two men at a flat in south Belfast.

A PSNI spokesperson said emergency services responded to reports of an incident at Ulidia House in the Donegall Road area of the city shortly before 7pm last night.

Ulidia House is a block of social housing flats.

It is understood the deaths are not being treated as suspicious and that the two men may have died several days before their bodies were discovered.

A spokesperson said: "Enquiries are ongoing surrounding the circumstances of the deaths, and post-mortems will be carried out in due course."
