A Status Yellow rain warning has been issued for counties Cork, Kerry, Cavan and Donegal as well as the province of Connacht.

The alert for Cork and Kerry comes into effect from 8pm tonight until 3am tomorrow.

While the warning for Cavan, Donegal, and Connacht will run from 10pm tonight until 5am tomorrow.
