A man has been arrested and items seized by police after a security alert in Belfast.
Around 20 homes were evacuated during the alert at Victor Place in the east of the city.
It began around 8.50am this morning when the bomb squad was called following the discovery of suspicious objects in a property.
Residents have since been allowed back into their homes.
The items have been taken away for forensic examination.
Police said they would continue to maintain a presence in the area and would be carrying out further inquiries.
