Met Éireann has issued a Status Yellow thunderstorm warning for Wednesday in three counties.
The forecaster says counties Clare, Kerry and Limerick will be impacted between 3pm and 9pm.
It says the thunderstorms could result in localised flooding, lightning damage and difficult travelling conditions.
