A man in his 70s has died following a fire at a house in Co Tipperary.
The incident happened at Boherlahan, Cashel this morning.
Gardaí said the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem is due to take place and the local coroner has been informed.
It is understood foul play is not suspected.
