Heavy rain is set to hit the south of the country tomorrow with Met Éireann issuing a Status Yellow warning for counties Cork and Kerry.
With Cork hurling fans hitting the road to Dublin for the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Final clash against Tipperary on Sunday, the forecaster is warning of possible difficult driving conditions that morning.
It said there will be spells of heavy rain with possible isolated thunderstorms, which may lead to spot flooding and poor visibility.
The rainfall warning will be in effect from 10am tomorrow until 10am on Sunday.
