A man is in a critical condition after a collision between an e-bike and a car in Dublin.
The collision happened at Brookfield Road in Tallaght at around 8.15pm last night.
The e-bike rider, a man in his 20s, was taken to Tallaght University Hospital before being transferred to Beaumont Hospital, where he is in a critical condition.
No one else was injured in the incident.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the collision to contact them.
They have asked anyone who was in the Brookfield Road or Rossfield Avenue area between 8pm and 8.30pm last night to come forward.
Gardaí are also asking road users who were travelling in the area and may have footage, including dashcam, to contact Tallaght Garda Station on 01 666 6000, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
