A man in his 20s has been arrested after he caused significant damage to a section of Dublin Airport after he missed his flight.
Footage shared on social media shows the man, who is topless but with a partially covered face, breaking and smashing structures around one of the departure gates in Terminal 1.
In a statement, daa said the passenger arrived at the airport intoxicated and after he missed his flight proceeded to cause "significant damage".
It said the individual was "quickly apprehended by Airport Police before being arrested by gardaí".
