A man has died following a road traffic collision in Co Tyrone last month.
He was 56-year-old Sean McGaughey from the Omagh area.
He was the driver of a van which was in collision with a car on the Drumnakilly Road at 8.40am on Sunday 22 December.
Following the incident, two men were taken to hospital.
Mr McGaughey died later of his injuries.
The circumstances of the collision are under investigation.
