Three men have been arrested and vehicles and stolen property have also been seized, as part of a garda operation targeting an organised criminal group.
The searches which were part of Operation Thor were carried out in Dublin and Kildare last Friday.
Gardaí say the group involved is suspected of carrying out burglaries of residential and commercial properties in the north-western region and in other areas around the country.
Four vehicles were seized, including a high performance blue BMW, and gardaí say a substantial amount of suspected stolen property was recovered.
One man in his 50s and two men in their 20s were arrested and are being questioned at a garda station in the north-western region.
