A man who was arrested on suspicion of drink driving, after driving a small lorry through Grafton Street in Dublin city yesterday has been released from custody.
The incident occurred while the pedestrianised street was filled with people.
Gardaí on patrol spotted the lorry and stopped the driver.
Gardaí said the man was arrested and a blood sample was taken. He was released without charge, pending further investigation.

The driver of this lorry thought so, just as he started driving down Grafton Street at rush hour right in front of our members who were on the beat.
