DART and commuter train services, which were suspended between Killester and Connolly Station this morning due to an overhead line fault, have resumed Iarnród Éireann has said.
It said the fault has been rectified, but some delays can still be expected due to congestion and "operational issues".
Iarnród Éireann spokesperson Jane Cregan had described the disruption as "significant".
Dublin Bus was accepting rail tickets and bus transfers were operating between Drogheda and Connolly for the Enterprise service to Belfast.
