Gardaí are appealing for information following an aggravated burglary at a house near Dundalk yesterday evening.
Three masked men entered a property in Ballymascanlon between 5.15pm and 5.45pm armed with an iron bar and other tools.
Gardaí say no one was injured during the incident.
Several items were stolen before gardaí say the suspects fled the scene in a car.
Gardaí have appealed for any road users travelling in the Ballymascanlon and surrounding areas between 4pm and 6pm yesterday, who may have camera footage, to make it available to gardaí.
