A man in his 60s has died following a single-car crash in Co Offaly.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene on the L2015 at New Road in Clara shortly after 8.50am.
The man, the driver of the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The coroner has been notified and a post-mortem examination will be arranged.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to come forward and have asked anyone with camera footage from the scene, including dash-cam footage, to contact to them.
