A pedestrian in her 70s has died following a road traffic collision in Dublin this morning.
The incident involving an SUV-type car happened shortly before 7am on Ballinteer Avenue in Ballinteer.
The woman was taken to St James's Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward and asked anyone with camera footage from between 6.40am and 7am to share it with them.
