An investigation is under way after the body of a man was discovered on a beach in Co Kerry.
Gardaí were alerted to the discovery at Inch Beach this morning.
The man's body was removed to the mortuary at University Hospital Kerry where a post-mortem will take place at a later stage.
Gardaí say enquiries are ongoing to determine the identity of the deceased.
