Fire services in Co Clare were called to a fire at the West County hotel in Ennis earlier tonight after reports of a fire in one of the rooms at the rear of the hotel.
The alarm was raised shortly after 9.20pm.
A number of units from Ennis fire service attended the hotel, located on the southern side of the town.
It is understood fire had broken out in one of the ground floor rooms at located beside the car park at the rear.
It has been brought under control and there are no reports of injuries.
