Three men have been arrested after an assault and violent disorder incident in the Patrickswell area of Co Limerick.
Gardaí attended the scene where a large crowd had gathered on the main street and a number of cars were damaged.
The incident happened at approximately 8.30pm last night.
The three men are aged in their 20s and are currently detained at Roxboro Road Garda Station.
Their vehicles were also seized for technical examination.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to come forward.
