MDMA worth around €82,000 was seized during a search in Co Kildare today.
Around 1.37kgs of the drug were found at a residential address in Athy and a woman in her 50s was arrested.
The woman has since been released without charge and gardaí said a file will be prepared for the DPP.
The seizure was made as part of a joint operation by Revenue's Customs Service, the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau, Kildare District Drugs Unit and Kildare District Detective Unit.
Investigations are ongoing, Revenue said.
