The Bord Bia Bloom gardening festival will return to Phoenix Park in June after being held virtually for the last two years.
The festival will run from 2 to 6 June.
"The festival is the perfect opportunity for the public to experience and sample the very best of Irish horticulture, food and drink directly from our world-class designers, suppliers and growers," Bord Bia CEO Tara McCarthy said.
Early bird tickets are now on sale and applications for postcard gardens are open to amateur gardening and community groups across Ireland.
The Postcard Gardens are small 3m x 2m plots that can be used to represent a club, locality, or special person from a community.
The closing date for applications is 2 March.
The expected daily number of visitors to the festival will be capped and more event features will take place outdoors in an effort to ensure a "safe environment" for attendees.
