A garda has appeared in court in Co Meath charged with 110 offences in relation to alleged corruption.
The charges follow an investigation into public service vehicle inspections.
The man was arrested this morning and charged with 47 counts of deception under the theft and fraud offences act, 39 counts of corruption, and 20 money laundering offences.
He was also charged with four separate deception charges and one count of refusing to allow his photograph to be taken.
The garda, who is on suspension, has been remanded to appear again at Trim District Court next February.
