A European consultancy firm, co-founded by a Donegal woman, is to establish an operational hub in the Donegal Gaeltacht, creating 10 jobs.

Currently headquartered in Geneva, Pangea is to set up its hub for Finance, Human Resources and Operations in the Údarás na Gaeltachta digital hub, gteic@GaothDobhair , post Covid-19 restrictions and has already begun recruitment.

Set up by Rita Boyle from Ailt an Chorráin (Burtonport) and Marc Baumgartner, the company provides services to a range of clients from large enterprises to start-ups across financial services, life sciences and other fast-growing sectors.

Pangea says the decision to establish this strategic presence in Donegal is due to the talent available in the region and the value it sees in the partnership with Údarás na Gaeltachta and the local community.
