A man in his 30s has been arrested after an estimated €70,000 worth of criminal damage was caused in Co Wexford.
A number of incidents took place in Gorey in the early hours of this morning and resulted in two cars and a van being damaged by fire.
A container belonging to a local retail premises was also affected.
Gardaí say a patrol car was also damaged when officers were called to deal with the incident.
The man was arrested at the scene and he is being questioned at Enniscorthy Garda Station.
