Should we be worried about Deep Fakes?

"I'll believe it when I see it" may be a thing of the past as so-called "Deep Fake" videos become more mainstream and harder to detect. While, many of us laughed at and shared a video of US President Trump voicing his inner Pintman Paddy Losty, is there a darker side to all of this?
