What can you do to discourage burglars from targeting your home?
According to An Garda Síochána, residential burglaries increase between the hours of 5pm and 10pm during winter.
Peter Murray is a Security Consultant and he agrees with this:
"From my experience, from the middle of November there's an increase in attempted burglaries because the perception is there's more cash in the house."
