Ryanair carried 15.8 million passengers in March, a 5% increase in the number carried in the same month of 2025.

It meant the airline had 208.4 million passengers in the 12 months to the end of March, up 4% on the same period 12 months before.

Ryanair's load factor in March was 93% - on a par with the same month of 2025 but marginally below its average over the past year.

Yesterday Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary said airlines faced potential disruptions to the supply of jet fuel from early May onwards, if the war in the Middle East continues.

Speaking on Sky News, Mr O'Leary said the airline and its fuel suppliers are "constantly looking at the marketplace".

"Hopefully, the war will finish sooner than that and the risk to supply will be eliminated," he said.
