A new association has been established aimed at strengthening long-term economic cooperation between Ukraine and Ireland.
The Ukrainian Irish Chamber of Commerce was officially today at an event in Dublin.
The non-profit, membership-based organisation is dedicated to supporting Ukrainian and Irish entrepreneurs.
It is also designed to "facilitate bilateral trade and investment, and providing a structured platform for business integration, networking and collaboration".
The Chamber has been set up following four years of engagement under the United for Changes initiative.
"What began in 2022 as a coordinated humanitarian and integration response has evolved into a permanent organisation focused on enabling trade, investment and long-term economic partnership."

The Chamber said many Ukrainian companies are "already operating in Ireland or expanding internationally, while Irish businesses are exploring opportunities linked to Ukraine's reconstruction and future growth".
The Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, Peter Burke, said Ireland has "stood in solidarity with Ukraine" since the outset of Russia’s invasion.
"As Ukraine looks to rebuild and strengthen its economy, initiatives such as the Ukrainian Irish Chamber of Commerce will play an important role in fostering enterprise links, supporting investment and creating opportunities for businesses in both countries."
The Ambassador of Ukraine to Ireland, Larysa Gerasko, said the official launch of the Chamber provides "a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and shared success, supporting entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals in both countries".
She said she wishes the new association "every success in advancing business relations with professionalism, integrity, and tangible results".
The Chair of the Ukrainian Irish Chamber of Commerce, Anna Krys, said it was "born from a community response to crisis, but it now looks firmly to the future".
"We are moving from emergency support to structured economic cooperation. Our mission is to connect Ukrainian and Irish businesses, facilitate trade and investment in both directions, and create durable partnerships that will matter both during the war and in Ukraine’s recovery. This is about building something lasting."
The establishment of the Ukrainian Irish Chamber of Commerce was supported by the European Parliament Liaison Office and the European Commission Representation in Ireland.
