ZeroRisk, an Irish scale-up setting up a new facility in Longford, said it plans to employ up to 80 people in the area in the coming months.

ZeroRisk provides Software-as-a-Service to some of the largest financial institutions in the world.

The company was set up in 2023 by Gary Nolan and has offices in Dublin and Georgia in the United States.

It said it has begun a major recruitment drive in the Longford region and is interested in applicants with EMEA language skills to support its global customer base.

The company said its growth has been driven by increasing demand from financial institutions seeking more effective ways to manage compliance and cyber risk across large merchant portfolios.

Its platform enables acquiring banks and payment providers to automate compliance, monitor cyber threats in real time, and gain actionable insights into merchant risk.
