Level Health has announced it's increasing the prices of some of its health insurance policies from next February.
The average increase across all its plans will be 4% and will apply to customers taking out or renewing a policy from then.
The price rise follows similar moves from other health insurers recently.
Level Health launched just over a year ago and has a 0.8% market share.
Commenting on the price increases, Chief Executive of the insurer Jim Dowdall said: "Healthcare usage continues to rise, and the cost of providing care is increasing year on year.
"This pricing adjustment is necessary to ensure that our customers can continue to access the healthcare services they need, when they need them."
