Dublin property investment company IPUT Real Estate has let the 14,000 sq ft second floor of Styne House to two occupiers, ION Trading and NTT DATA on multi-year leases.
ION Trading will occupy 9,000 sq ft and NTT DATA will occupy 5,000 sq ft.
Styne House is six-storey, 70,400 sq ft. multi-let office building, located on Hatch Street in Dublin's CBD.
"We are focused on providing the floor plates and market-leading amenities which meet the evolving needs of occupiers," said Daniel Carty, Senior Asset Manager, IPUT Real Estate.
"We are delighted to welcome ION Trading and NTT DATA to Styne House. We split the floor plate to provide both occupiers with the workspace that aligns with their requirements," he added.
Mr Carty said the company is on track to lease over 130,000 sq ft of offices in 2025.
