Homebuilder Cairn Homes has been recognised as one of the best workplaces in Europe as part of the Great Place to Work Europe accreditation.
Cairn is the only Iseq-listed company to be listed on the European ranking.
The company said the recognition is a testament to its commitment to fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
The company has several programmes that aim to increase engagement and a sense of community across its full employee base, which includes 28 nationalities.
In a traditionally male dominated industry, it has also invested heavily in its female employees, creating a dedicated Women in Cairn Network consisting of approximately 150 members, as well as a mentoring programme aimed at identifying career development and progression opportunities.
Cairn is also focused on developing the future pipeline for their industry though initiatives targeted at attracting the next generation of talent.
It runs programmes with school's TY, Women in STEM, many universities and runs an intern and graduate programmes.
It said that with a dedicated Apprenticeship Programme designed to attract and retain new apprentices into the construction industry, there is real momentum in building a sustainable Ireland where people can thrive.
