Global office rental firm International Workplace Group (IWG), which owns brands including Spaces, Regus and HQ, plans to open four new flexible workspaces across Ireland in the coming months - in Citywest in Dublin 24, Balbriggan in Co Dublin, Bray in Co Wicklow and Limerick.

The company said this "significant" expansion reflects its commitment to supporting the changing needs of businesses and professionals in Ireland by offering convenient, high-quality workspaces closer to where people live and commute.

IWG plans to open a Regus branded business centre at Citywest Business Campus in Dublin 24 which will provide 11,300 square feet on the first floor of 3054 Lakeside Drive. Citywest Business Campus is already home to over 130 indigenous and world-wide companies.

The company is also planning a 10,000 square foot Regus branded business centre at the former Oriflame facility in the IDA Business Park, Southern Cross Road, Bray in Co Wicklow, which will be operated under a managed client agreement. The business centre will have a variety of private offices, meeting rooms, business lounge and co-working workspaces.

Meanwhile, IWG is planning to introduce its first Spaces-branded business centre in Munster, with a 26,630 square foot facility spread across the 3rd and 4th floors of Block 3 at City East Plaza on Ballysimon Road in Limerick city.

The centre will have a range of private offices, co-working space, business lounge, conference rooms, and training facilities ideal for hosting meetings and events and will complement IWG's existing Limerick cluster, which includes two Regus business centres and a new HQ branded office on Cornmarket Row.

A new HQ branded business centre will also be opened at Fingal Bay Business Park in Balbriggan will deliver workspace solutions to one of Dublin's fastest-growing commuter town as well as the surrounding towns of Skerries and Rush.

HQ will feature private offices, co-working spaces, and fully equipped meeting rooms and is scheduled to open in the second quarter of this year. The centre is ideally located off the M1 motorway between Spaces at Dublin Airport and the newly opened Regus in Drogheda.
