Irish corporate law firm Flynn O'Driscoll has announced its merger with Dublin commercial law firm Vincent & Beatty.
The deal which will be effective from the start of January will see the firm's total headcount reach 140.
"This merger is not only an opportunity to broaden our expertise, but it’s also part of our ongoing strategy to expand and diversify our practice to better serve our clients’ evolving needs," said James Duggan, Managing Partner at Flynn O'Driscoll.
Miriam Delaney, Managing Partner of Vincent & Beatty said they belive this move is in the interest of all their stakeholders.

Vincent & Beatty clients will continue to be advised by their existing contacts in Vincent & Beatty and Miriam Delaney, Walter Beatty and Rebecca Matthews will join Flynn O'Driscoll as partners.
Flynn O'Driscoll, which was founded in 2002, has offices in Dublin, Galway, and Shannon.
The firm has completed a number of previous mergers, including Cunningham McCormack in 2010, Trade Secrets in 2014, Fanning & Kelly in 2019, and the commercial litigation practice of O'Callaghan Legal in 2020.
