IWG opens new offices in Temple House, Blackrock

Global office rental firm International Workplace Group (IWG) is opening new offices in Temple House, Blackrock, Co Dublin.

The new Regus workspace features a business lounge, fully equipped private offices, meeting rooms, and co-working spaces.

The opening comes after IWG recorded its highest-ever revenue, cashflow and earnings growth.

It signed 465 new locations in the first half of 2024 alone.

Mark Anderson, Director of Bridgetemple Properties, the owner of Temple House, said a significant renovation project took place to upgrade the 40 year old building.

"We are excited to breathe new life into Temple House, transforming this 40-year-old building into a state-of-the-art, sustainable office space for Regus," said Mr Anderson.

"Our vision is to blend modern design with eco-friendly innovations, creating a workspace that not only meets the needs of today’s professionals but also aligns with our commitment to sustainability.

"This upgrade is about honouring the building’s legacy while paving the way for a greener, more efficient future for businesses," he added.
