Global CEO advisory firm Teneo has appointed Gary McGann as a Senior Advisor and Chairman of Teneo's Ireland Advisory Board.
Mr McGann has served in numerous senior Irish management and board positions including as CEO of Smurfit Kappa, Gilbeys of Ireland and Aer Lingus Group, as well as Chairman of Flutter Entertainment and Aryzta.
In his new role with Teneo, he will help advise the firm's clients and support the ongoing growth of Teneo's business in Ireland, which includes over 90 professionals working across the firm's five business segments - Strategy & Communications, Financial Advisory, Management Consulting, People Advisory and Risk Advisory.
Mr McGann will serve as Chairman of Teneo's newly established Ireland advisory board, which will consist of senior leaders from across its global business, including former US Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, former US Senate Majority Leader Senator George Mitchell, former Ireland rugby player Brian O'Driscoll as well non-Executive Chair of Teneo's People Advisory, UK business Sue O'Brien, and several others.
Gary McGann said he was looking forward to helping drive the continued growth of the Teneo business in Ireland and around the world working alongside the firm's strong management team.
