HR consultancy firm HR Buddy is set to create 20 new jobs over the next 12 months.
The roles will be in HR, Finance, Payroll, IT and Business development - and will cater for hybrid and flexible working nationwide.
The new jobs follow the launch of their Employer of Record (EOR) service at the end of last year.
Hr Buddy rebranded from Killarney HR & Payroll in March of 2021.
The firm, which was originally founded by Damien McCarthy in 2017, provides outsourced HR consultancy and payroll coverage to small and medium sized businesses nationwide but has grown to support larger organisations in Ireland.
"Following our successful response to an ever-evolving work environment and in meeting the demand of business and its people, it is very exciting to step into the international market," said Damien McCarthy, Founder and Managing Director of HR Buddy.
"We have received an incredible response since our EOR service launch and will continue to grow our team in order to meet the demand and continue to provide expert assistance to our now rapidly growing international client base," he added.
HR Buddy has offices in Killarney, Co Kerry and at The Guiness Enterprise Centre in Dublin.
