Premier Lotteries Ireland, which operates the Irish National Lottery, is set to move into a new office space at 1 George's Quay (1GQ) - Ulster Bank's former headquarters - later this summer.
The company has had its headquarters in Abbey Street for the last 36 years.
The one and a half floor development at 1GQ can house up to 180 staff and has an elite LEED platinum energy and environmental design rating.
The move is being supported by Savills and the 1GQ complex.
Cian Murphy, the chief executive of Premier Lotteries Ireland, said the move to 1GQ marks a new beginning for The National Lottery.
"The short move across the Liffey reaffirms our commitment to a vibrant Dublin city centre and the building’s platinum energy rating will play a major role in achieving our ESG objectives," Mr Murphy said.
