Planning and architecture consultants CWPA has welcomed the decision by An Bord Pleanála (ABP) to permit a residential project comprising 104 apartments in Baldoyle in north Dublin.

The large-scale residential development, planned and designed by CWPA, features 104 apartments, each with private balconies, in an 11-storey block development, located at Grange Road, Baldoyle.

The development also includes car parking, bicycle parking spaces, childcare facilities, a café, and landscaped public realm areas.

"We are very happy to have secured planning permission from An Bord Pleanála, on behalf of our client, Rondesere Ltd," Joe Corr, Managing Director of Planning at CWPA, said.

"The LRD process replaced the Strategic Housing Development (SHD) process and it is working well. With the correct housing policies in place to ensure these processes work, CWPA is proud to offer its expertise and be a part of the solution to deliver much needed housing during the current housing shortage," he added.
