70% of staff at daa, the operator of Dublin and Cork airports, have voted to accept a pay deal which will deliver increases worth 10.3% over three years.
The agreement includes a 4% increase this month, 3% in March 2025 and a further 3% in March 2026.
"daa is very happy that the proposals have been overwhelmingly endorsed by the vast majority of employees which gives huge certainty for staff on their pay for the next three years," a daa spokesperson said.
daa said there had been very positive engagement with trade unions throughout the process to agree a successor to the current pay agreement.
"The fact that the majority of our trade union partners recommended acceptance of the proposals greatly assisted the 70% vote in favour achieved and announced today," the company said.
