Beating burnout and building resilience are among the topics up for discussion at Network Ireland's annual International Women's Day event.
The business group is urging women to advance their careers by prioritising their wellbeing.
Its event, which takes place at Lyrath Estate in Kilkenny next month, will feature contributions from female leaders in business, media and psychology to help women plot a course to careers that are both successful and sustainable.
"Whether it's juggling care demands or dealing with imposter syndrome, women sometimes need a little extra support in their careers," said Network Ireland President, Linda Codoul.
"This International Women’s Day we, along with our inspirational speakers, are aiming to offer women a toolkit they can use in their daily lives to make sure that career success doesn’t come at the expense of wellbeing.
"By building resilience, we hope to help women excel in their chosen walk of life," she added.
Members from Network Ireland's 17 branches will gather for the conference in Kilkenny on Friday, March 8th. The organisation said non-members are also welcome.
Among the speakers on the day is author of The Burnout Solution, Siobhán Murray, whose practical strategies are designed to help overcome burnout.
Meanwhile, sports psychologist Dr Ciara Losty will draw on her experience working with Olympians to offer tips on dealing with setbacks as well as mental conditioning for peak performance.
