Companies are being urged to sign up for the upcoming Business Journalists Association of Ireland's (BJAI) annual Corporate Challenge quiz.
The event takes place from 7pm on Wednesday March 13th at the GPO in Dublin, with all funds raised going to the Dublin Simon Community.
This is the 21st year of the challenge, which has raised €600,000 over its lifetime.
"The BJAI Corporate Challenge has been raising essential funds to support the work of Dublin Simon Community for many years, and with growing numbers of people entering homelessness that help is needed more than ever," said Catherine Kenny, CEO of Dublin Simon Community.
"Our mission at Dublin Simon Community is to support people to exit homelessness, access and retain homes, and rebuild lives by delivering housing, health and wellbeing services."
"The cost-of-living crisis means that we are facing increased operating costs combined with a growing demand for our services."
RTÉ News at One presenter, Bryan Dobson, will return once again as quizmaster for the evening.
The quiz sees a journalist join each of the tables of the corporates present, which include well-known companies from all over Ireland.
"To date corporate Ireland has been a great supporter of the BJAI Corporate Challenge and we are calling on them again as their support is needed more now than ever," said Donal O’Donovan, chair of the BJAI.
The event is hosted by An Post and supported by The Reputations Agency, which donates event management and public relations for it.
