Supermac's, Papa John's and Pret A Manger are among the new outlets set to open at Dublin Airport in the coming months.
The move is the final part of a five year plan by airport operator daa to improve the food and beverage options available to passengers.
When complete, the plan will see a total of 42 different outlets available across the two terminals, with more than half of the new and revamped units set to open by June.
daa said existing outlets such as Butler's Chocolate Café, Burger King and Jump Juice will see their presence enhanced.
"These enhancements build on the many new outlets we have opened and improved in the terminals over recent years, which are going down very well with passengers," said Vincent Harrison, Chief Commercial and Development Officer at daa.
"We've listened closely to passengers and have heard loud and clear that they want more choice, including more gluten-free options, and by working with our partners, we are going to offer them more variety than ever before," he added.
