A new hotel, the NYX Hotel Dublin, has opened in central Dublin on the Grand Canal at Portobello Harbour, after a €31m investment.
NYX Hotel Dublin is owned and operated by the Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland hotel group.
The new hotel has 175 "luxurious" bedrooms, a restaurant and bar and a gym.
The group also has hotels in London, Milan, Madrid and Munich.
Guests of NYX Hotel Dublin can choose from a custom pillow menu and sleep on an exclusively designed DREAM bed, which was created by Irish supplier King Koil for the hotel.

"NYX Hotel Dublin will redefine the concept of luxury accommodation, offering a unique and personalised experience to travellers who seek both comfort and adventure," the manager added.
