Apache Pizza has opened its 200th store in Ireland in Longford town.
The company now employs 3,000 people here, and is set to create 50 new jobs before the end of the year.
The new jobs include positions for supervisors, managers, customer service representatives and delivery couriers. The brand is also seeking new franchisees.
The new store at Weaver's Hall in Longford town is the 16th Apache Pizza store to open so far this year and will be followed by three new store openings across counties Wicklow, Galway and Antrim.
"We are on track to open 19 new stores for 2023 bringing our total to 203 stores," said Martin Lyons, CEO of Apache Pizza.
"This level of growth underlines our position as Ireland's largest and fastest growing pizza chain," he added.
Apache Pizza opened its first store in Dublin's Balbriggan in 1996.
